Registration and Payment:

No refunds are provided for classes; however, transfers to another scheduled course within 12 months can be made with approval from Lady V Steam/Queen's Den Academy by paying a $50 transfer fee.

Full payment for the training must be made at least 16 days in advance via PayPal, Zelle, or the provided ladyvsteam.com link.

Paying in full secures your seat as classes fill up quickly.
Business Starter Kit:

The business starter kit may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
Liability and Workshop Conduct:

Lady V Steam does not assume liability for adverse reactions to food or items encountered during Lady V Steam events, training, or activities.

It is advised not to work the nights before the training to ensure punctuality and full alertness.
Permissions and Agreements:

Consent is given to publish your name, phone number, and email address in the Lady V Steam/Healing Village Directory.

Photographs and videos may be taken during the training for promotional purposes, with permission from the trainer and participants.

Quotes from training evaluations may be used for promotional purposes.
Refunds and Policies:

There are no refunds for the training, but funds can be held for 6 months to be applied to a future training with a $50 transfer fee.

Recording the training workshop (audio or video) is prohibited.

Photographing training materials and intellectual property belonging to Lady V Steam or the trainer is not allowed.

Materials in the training manual/handbook may not be reproduced, published, or distributed.

Training materials (handouts) may only be used for personal business as a certified Lady V Steam Yoni/pelvic Steam Practitioner.

Full attendance and participation are required to receive a certificate; missing any portion of the training will result in no certificate being issued.

Training fees are non-transferable to another student.

Certificates of attendance are given only to those who fully participate and have paid in full.

No babies/children are allowed in the classroom during instruction time; nursing babies may be brought for feeding during breaks and lunch.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend and get certified as a Yoni/pelvic Steam Practitioner.

CDC regulations must be followed, including wearing masks and respecting others.
